Pick: Toronto FC (-240)
Orlando City FC (+130) vs. Sporting Kansas City (+215)
Orlando City FC will be looking to snap a two-game losing skid on Saturday when they host Sporting Kansas City at Orlando City Stadium.
Orlando City, which is a +130 favorite, slipped out of the first place position in the Eastern Conference and will look to regain that spot with a victory. The club boasts a perfect 5-0-0 record on home soil so expect them to bring their A-game on Saturday night.
Sporting KC has been average on the road with a record of 1 win, two draws and two losses. The club heads to Orlando City as enticing +215 underdogs.
Both sides feature scoring threats, including Orlando City’s Cyle Larin, who is tied for second in league scoring with six goals — four of which have been game winners.
Picking the correct score can pay off in this contest. Bovada is offering a +600 line the game will end in a 1-1 draw — a result that is very likely when these evenly matched clubs do battle. A tie pays +225.
Pick: Draw (+225)
New York Red Bulls (-165) vs. LA Galaxy (+425)
Regardless of where these two clubs sit in the standings, it’s always entertaining when New York Red Bulls and LA Galaxy face off. The two rivals will clash in a highly anticipated matchup Sunday night with the Red Bulls hosting the Galaxy in New York City.
New York Red Bulls, who sit fifth in the East, enter action as -165 favorites on home field where the club has yet to drop a game this season. It’s been a trying season so far for the Galaxy, who head to New York City as +425 underdogs.
The Red Bulls and Galaxy are evenly matched up front, which will make for a tighter contest on Sunday evening.
Bradley Wright-Phillips — the league’s leading goal scorer a year ago — is always a threat when on the field. Bovada is pegging the Red Bulls’ striker a +330 favorite to score the match’s opening goal and -105 to net a goal at any point of the game.
Romain Alessandrini will be a player to watch for LA, as the Galaxy midfield, who has four goals this season, is a +225 favorite score during the match.
Expect another epic match when these two old-school rivals clash on Sunday but it’ll be the Red Bulls that come out on top.
Pick: New York Red Bulls (-165)
