Online Sports Betting’s Weekly NBA Power Rankings (November 20 Edition)

Online Sports Betting’s Weekly NBA Power Rankings (November 20 Edition)
The National Basketball Association's gotten their 2015-16 season underway and some clubs are clearly superior to others. (Apologies to Philadelphia) We've decided to place a spotlight on the NBA's five most fearsome teams courtesy of our weekly Power Rankings.

5. Dallas Mavericks

Odds To Win The NBA Championship: 66/1

Hey! It's the Mavs! Dallas has been a bit of a surprise early on in the season getting off to a stronger start than more likely contenders like the Clippers, Thunder and Grizzlies. Dirk and the Mavs have won five straight and Rick Carlisle has the team playing a brand of basketball that's been stingy in offering up turnovers. Dallas looked stellar on Saturday night thumping the Rockets 110-98 on the road with Nowitzki on the bench.

Intriguing Showdown Coming Up This Week: Mavericks at Thunder - Sunday

4. Chicago Bulls

Odds To Win The NBA Championship: 18/1

The Fred Hoiberg era in Chicago has had some ups and downs (a fully healed Derrick Rose would be a plus), but the Bulls are on the upswing racking up four straight victories including an important 96-95 W over Indiana. This seems like a good time to highlight what might be Jimmy Butler's breakout year. The Marquette alum has come up big for the Bulls scoring 20+ points-per-game and making the most of his increased playing time.

Intriguing Showdown Coming Up This Week: Warriors at Bulls - Friday

3. Cleveland Cavaliers

Odds To Win The NBA Championship: 5/2

Speaking of teams with streaky tendencies, the Cavs have lost a few contests after an early tear. Still, Cleveland is easily visible jockeying for the top spot in the Eastern Conference. LeBron called out the recent weak play Cleveland's shown of late saying "we're not a very good team right now." Will they go a new hot streak as their leader's words continue to sink in? We'll have to wait and see.

Intriguing Showdown Coming Up This Week: Cavaliers at Raptors - Wednesday

2. San Antonio Spurs

Odds To Win The NBA Championship: 5/1

In a world without the Warriors, San Antonio would be a prime candidate for the top of our power rankings. Tim Duncan's crew have won six straight and their defense is keeping opponents to a league-best 91.3 points-per-game. One issue the Spurs are dealing with right now is the health of Manu Ginobli. Hip tightness will have the Argentinian on the sidelines for the next two games. It's not unusual for San Antonio to rest their guys, so there's isn't too much worry attached to this development.

Intriguing Showdown Coming Up This Week: Grizzlies at Spurs - Saturday

1. Golden State Warriors

Odds To Win The NBA Championship: 2/1

Will Golden State ever be knocked out of this top spot? The defending NBA champs have dominated opposing teams like they're the Harlem Globetrotters taking on the Generals. Cracking the 110+ mark is standard for the Warriors in 2015-16 and Steph Curry's been putting well over 30 points a night while doing so. If they improve their work on the boards, this season might as well be over.

Intriguing Showdown Coming Up This Week: Bulls at Warriors - Friday
