Saturday afternoon brings an intriguing SEC matchup in Online college football betting between the #6 Alabama Crimson Tide and the #11 Ole Miss Rebels. The kick-off is scheduled for 3:30 PM ET in Oxford, Mississippi. Bama just saw their CFP Playoff dreams officially end over the weekend in a shocking loss to LSU, dropping them to 7-2 on the season. As for Ole Miss, they're just slightly above the Tide in the SEC West with an 8-1 record, beating the Texas A&M Aggies 31-28 on Saturday. They still have a fighting chance at making it to the Final Four of the CFB, but a victory is an absolute must here. Find Alabama vs Ole Miss prediction below.

Bama opened up as a 9.5-point favorite, but the line has moved to 11.5. They're 6-0 against the Rebels since 2016 but just 1-3 ATS in their last four visits to Oxford. Ole Miss is just 1-3 ATS at home in 2022, though.

Alabama vs. Ole Miss Betting Preview

This is shaping up to be one of Bama's worst seasons in more than a decade. Yes, 7-2 is by no means a bad record, but by their standards, it's unacceptable. When Nick Saban's group lost to Tennessee a few weeks ago, they knew another loss would put them out of contention for a National Championship. A sub-par performance in Baton Rouge resulted in just that, with the Tigers beating Alabama in OT, 32-31.

The defense sacked LSU signal-caller Jayden Daniels six times, and Bryce Young threw for well over 300 yards, but he completed under 50% of his passes, and the run game struggled to get going. A natty is almost certainly out of the question for this team but with some luck elsewhere, they could still compete for the SEC title. It just won't be easy. There is no question Bama will be motivated as ever for a big win come Saturday. However, they're just 1-3 ATS in their previous four games. The track record against Ole Miss is good news for their chances to come out with a victory, whether they cover the spread or not.

Ole Miss had won seven in a row before getting humbled by LSU in Week 8. 45-20. Nevertheless, they bounced back in Week 9, taking down a struggling Texas A&M group behind an efficient showing from the entire offense. Jaxson Dart completed 13 of 20 passes for 140 yards and three touchdowns, but it was their ground game that truly shined. Quinshon Judkins, one of the best running backs in the country, tore apart the Aggies, rushing for 205 yards on 34 carries.

Dart also ran for 95 yards, while Zach Evans did serious damage, too. The Rebels rely heavily on their ability to run the football, ranking fifth in the nation. Expect them to try and shove it down Bama's throat on the ground with numerous weapons capable of wreaking havoc. Ole Miss is coming off a bye week and should be very well-rested. The last time they actually defeated the Tide was in 2015. Needless to say, it's a long time coming. The question remains, can the Rebels hand Bama another loss? Hard to comprehend but not impossible by any means. The Tide just aren't the unstoppable team of the past this season.

Alabama vs. Ole Miss Prediction

It's hard to side with Bama given their recent form, but I just don't see them losing for the second week in a row. While Ole Miss possesses a dynamic run game, the Tide's run defense is one of the tops in the country. The secondary has its holes, but Dart isn't the most consistent downfield. Believe in Saban's squad to come through and pull out a statement win in Oxford on Saturday.
