NFL Picks ATS Week 14

Odds are courtesy of Bovada.lv.

Minnesota Vikings (-150) vs. Carolina Panthers (+130)

Vikes

The Minnesota Vikings just keep on winning. The NFC North Division-leading Vikes hit the road as the favorites on Sunday to take on the Carolina Panthers at Bank of America Stadium.

Minnesota (10-2) have won eight straight games and have showed no signs of letting up as the league’s top defense looks to shut down Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers. Minnesota heads to Carolina as the 3-point favorites.

The Vikes have the advantage in the head-to-head history between these two clubs over the last three games, as they’ve won two of the three clashes. With an against the spread record of 5-0 over the last five games, you can bank on the Vikings to keep rolling along.

Pick: Minnesota Vikings (-3)

Kansas City Chiefs (-190) Oakland Raiders (+165)

Raiders

When it rains it pours for the Kansas City Chiefs. Losers of four straight, the once mighty Chiefs will take on the Oakland Raiders at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

The Chiefs, who still hold first place in the AFC West at 6-6, enter Sunday’s matchup as the 4-point favorites against a Raiders team that is finally playing up to expecations.

Both clubs have been terrible against the spread this season, but the Raiders are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 games when playing on the road against the Chiefs. A victory would move Oakland into first place and send the floundering Chiefs to a fifth straight defeat.

Pick: Oakland Raiders (+4)

Los Angeles Rams (-125) vs. Philadelphia Eagles (+105)

Eagles

Two of the most exciting teams in the NFC will lock horns on Sunday afternoon as the Los Angeles Rams host the Philadelphia Eagles at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. The Rams, who sit first in the NFC West at 9-3, head into their home contest as 2-point favorites. The Rams have been remarkable on home field this season, posting a 4-2 record through six games.

However, history shows the Eagles dominate when facing the Rams. In fact, the club is 5-1 straight up and 6-1 against the spread when playing the Rams. If you’re still not convinced, the Eagles are 9-1 straight up in their last 10 games.

Pick: Philadelphia Eagles (+2)

Jacksonville Jaguars (-135) vs. Seattle Seahawks (+115)

Seahawks

Two teams battling for first place in their respective divisions will do battle on Sunday as the Jacksonville Jaguars host the Seattle Seahawks in what is sure to be an exciting matchup.

The Jags — tied for first in the AFC South at 8-4, can move into sole possession of first with a win. Jacksonville heads into the home matchup as intriguing 3-point favorites. The Seahawks (8-4) are in the same position as they’re chasing the L.A. Rams for first in the NFC West.

If you’re basing your decision on the ATS record between these two clubs, take the Seahawks, who are 4-1 in their last five games when facing the Jags.

Pick: Seattle Seahawks (+3)
