NFL Week 7 Picks ATS

Odds courtesy of

New England Patriots (-175) vs. Atlanta Falcons (+155)

There is some unfinished business for the Atlanta Falcons, who blew a comfortable lead in last season’s Super Bowl against the New England Patriots. On Sunday, it’ll be the first time the two clubs will meet since the championship game.

The Patriots head into their home matchup against the Falcons as 3 ½ point favorites. The defending Super Bowl champion Pats have been mediocre at Gillette Stadium, where they’ve posted a 1-2 record. The Falcons are unbeaten in two road games this season, but haven’t defeated the Patriots in Foxborough since Nov. 8, 1998. The head-to-head matchup over the last seven meetings has tipped in New England’s direction as the Patriots have won five of those contests.
FalconsHowever, there’s a lot more meaning behind this match as the Falcons will be desperately seeking redemption for their heartbreaking defeat in the Super Bowl. After back-to-back losses, watch for the Falcons to come out on top in New England on Sunday night.

Pick: Atlanta Falcons (+3 ½)

Seattle Seahawks (-220) vs. New York Giants (+180)

The New York Giants have been bad. Really bad. It won’t get much easier for the Giants, who are already without star wide receiver Odell Beckham for the remainder of the season.

New York will play host to the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday at MetLife Stadium. Seattle, which can inch closer to the NFC Division lead with a victory, heads into the contest as five-point favorites. However, the Seahawks are 2-4 against the spread in the last six games and 1-6 against the spread on the road, making the struggling Giants and intriguing pick heading into Sunday’s matchup.
GiantsThe Seahawks have only scored five more points than the Giants this season, so don’t expect a blowout. It’ll be Seattle’s world-class defense that once again keeps them in this game, but look for the Giants to prevail against the spread.

Pick: New York Giants (+5)

New Orleans Saints (-210) vs. Green Bay Packers (+175)

The Green Bay Packers will begin life without Aaron Rodgers on Sunday when they host the New Orleans Saints Sunday at Lambeau Field.

The Packers (4-2) are tied for the NFC North lead alongside the Minnesota Vikings, but the club faces an uphill battle without their start quarterback. Heading into Week 7, the Saints enter Sunday’s contest as 4 ½ point favorites on the road.
PackersIt’s important to note that, despite being without Rodgers, the Packers are still 10-5 against the spread in their last 15 contests. Brett Hundley will make his first ever NFL start against the Saints.

Many are writing the Packers off, but with a favorable schedule down the stretch, Sunday’s game means a lot to them.

Pick: Packers (4 ½)

Miami Dolphins (-175) vs. New York Jets (+155)

In a highly anticipated AFC East clash between two long division rivals, the Miami Dolphins will host the New York Jets on Sunday afternoon at Hard Rock Stadium.

The AFC East is a lot tighter than many expected through six weeks off action, as the Dolphins are tied for second with a 3-2 record. Miami heads into action on Sunday as 3 point favourites against the Jets, who boast a respectable 3-3 record after not being expected with win 2-3 games all season long.
JetsKeep in mind the Jets are 14-4 against the spread in their last 18 games against the Dolphins.

Jets may not win, but they’ll earn another victory against the spread.

Pick: New York Jets (+3)
