Week 10 NFL Top 5 Fantasy Football Players

Week 10 NFL Top 5 Fantasy Football Players
Many wondered if Russell Wilson could keep up his torrid pace offensively and after a remarkable performance on Thursday Night Football, the Seattle Seahawks pivot once again tops our Fantasy Football Rankings for Week 10. There are a few newcomers to the list as well as a sleeper pick to keep an eye on as the Dallas Cowboys seek a fourth consecutive victory on Sunday. Check out our Fantasy Football Player Rankings for all the details.

Fantasy Football Player Rankings for Week 10

Russell Wilson (QB)

After another stellar display by Russell Wilson on Thursday Night Football, it comes as no surprise that the Seattle Seahawks quarterback tops our fantasy football player rankings in Week 10.

Wilson had another excellent game, going 22-for-32 with 238 passing yards and two touchdowns, to lead the Seahawks to a 22-16 victory over the Arizona Cardinals. It’s the fourth straight game Wilson threw more than two touchdown passes as the Seahawks improved to 6-3 on the season.

Following Wilson’s performance, the QB vaulted to No. 1 in many fantasy rankings, although several other pivots — including Dak Prescott of the Dallas Cowboys and Carson Wentz of the Philadelphia Eagles — are close behind.

Antonio Brown (WR)

The Pittsburgh Steelers’ superstar wide receiver overtakes DeAndre Hopkins as the top receiver heading into Week 10. Brown is fresh off a bye week and primed to have a massive week as the Steelers prepare to face the struggling Indianapolis Colts on the road. It was one year ago Brown shredded the Colts’ defense to score three TDs in a 28-7 victory in Indy. The year prior, Brown also recorded three touchdowns against the Colts in a 45-10 win at Heinz Field. Expect much of the same this Sunday as Pittsburgh heads to Indianapolis as heavy favorites at -500.

Todd Gurley (RB)

The Los Angeles Rams’ running back is making a strong case for MVP honors this season. Gurley vaulted to the top of many fantasy football player rankings, including ours as the Rams star ranks fourth overall among rushing leaders with 686 yards this season.

Gurley faces the Houston Texans in Week 10 — a team that has surprisingly given up the third most points (208) among AFC teams this season. Only the Oakland Raiders and Indianapolis Colts have given up more. Watch for Gurley to run wild against the Texans on Sunday.

Rob Gronkowski (TE)

Gronk returns to the field on Sunday as the defending Super Bowl champion New England Patriots take on the Denver Broncos on the road. Gronkowski takes the top tight end spot on our list away from Philadelphia Eagles big man Zach Ertz heading into Week 10.

Gronkowski has 34 receptions for 509 yards and five touchdowns in seven games this season. The Patriots, who head to Denver as -320 favorites, are a perfect 3-0 on the road. Watch for Gronkowski to have a big day against the sputtering Broncos — losers of four straight and counting.

Alfred Morris (RB)

The ongoing Ezekiel Elliott case seems to be coming to a close as the Dallas Cowboys running back will finally serve a six-game suspension by the NFL after being accused of committing domestic violence in 2016. That will open the door for three backup running backs in Dallas, in particular Alfred Morris, who is the frontrunner to get most of the carries in Elliott’s absence.

Morris was flying off the waiver wires on Thursday afternoon when news broke about Elliott’s suspension. Morris, who rushed for more than 1,000 yards three times in his career, will face a struggling Atlanta defense on Sunday and could break out in his first week as the primary running back.

It’s worth the shot.
