Browns vs. Bills: Thursday Night Football Week 5 NFL Odds

Browns are hot in Cleveland as NFL Week 5 action begins

Break up the Browns! After they opened the season with back-to-back loses to Miami and Baltimore, by a combined 37-17 final count, Cleveland has won two straight games. Following a 31-27 Week 3 win over the Vikings in Minnesota, the Browns returned home and battered the Bengals 17-6 last weekend. Defense is the name of the game for the Browns as they’ve allowed just 291.5 yards per game – good for third overall in the league through the first four weeks. A change at quarterback has also sparked the Browns as former New England Patriots backup QB Brian Hoyer has started the last two games after QB Brandon Weeden suffered a thumb injury during Week 2 NFL action. Hoyer looks like he will keep his starters role moving forward.

Buffalo Bills: The enigma from New York continues to baffle NFL bettors

Will the real Buffalo Bills please standup? The Bills “lose one – win one” start to the season has NFL bettors scratching their heads. Buffalo gave the New England Patriots all they could handle and then some before dropping a 23-21 decision at home during NFL  Week 1 action.  A 24-23 home win over the Panthers in Week 2 was followed up with a 27-20 road loss the the New York Jets during NFL Week 3 action. The Bills returned home to Ralph Wilson Stadium last weekend and shocked the defending Super Bowl Champion Ravens as the Buffalo defense recorded five interceptions during a 23-20 win over Baltimore. We are going to load up our wager and take the +4 (-110) line posted at sportsbook.com as we roll with the ball-hawking Bills here!
