Chicago Working to Position Itself in East when Denver Comes to Town

Bulls moving up the East ladder one game at a time

Using a one-game-at-a-time mantra, the Bulls are moving slowly up the Eastern Conference standings. They find themselves in the fourth slot right now, just a half-game behind the Toronto Raptors for third. A win tonight could put them alone in third, but that seems to be the final spot they would sit in as the playoffs arrive since they are 11 games behind the Heat for second in the standings.

Nuggets riding a hot streak against the Bulls

Denver has enjoyed a five-game winning streak in the series against the Bulls of late and will look for a sixth straight win against them on the road tonight. When these two teams first met earlier this season, the Nuggets took home a 10-point victory in Denver. The game could be difficult for Denver to win as they are just 3-7 in their past 10 games played and are just 11-16 on the road this season. The Nuggets put an end to a five-game losing streak with a win on Thursday.

On Friday night, the Bulls and the Nuggets collide in an NBA contest that features plenty of story lines. At, the Bulls are seven-point home chalk against the Nuggets. With such a favorable line, and the Bulls playing so well of late, we will bet 10 percent of our bankroll as we lay the line in favor of Chicago. Despite winning the last five in this series, the Nuggets will not find success tonight on the road.
