Dolphins Look to Keep Pace in AFC East Against Lowly Jets
Dolphins still fighting for the playoffs in East contest
Miami is not out of the playoff race in the AFC East just yet, but a division title might be the only way they get into the post-season. They would need to move past five teams in order to move into the sixth seed in the AFC playoff standings. The Dolphins have struggled with holding late leads this season, most recently blowing an 11-point fourth quarter lead to the Broncos last week in a loss.
Jets playing for pride Monday night in lost season
New York will turn back to Geno Smith at the starting quarterback role on Monday night in an effort to see what they have for the future after watching Michael Vick play for a couple games under center. Rex Ryan is more than likely coaching one of his final home games with the Jets as fans are clamoring for him to be fired along with general manager John Idzik.
The Jets will host the Dolphins on Monday night for an AFC East battle as the Dolphins look to continue fighting for a playoff spot, while the Jets try to play spoiler the rest of the way. We will use the odds found at Bovada.lv to place our wager and will drop 15 percent of our bankroll on Miami and the -310 money line as they take down the Jets.
