Ducks Look to Remain Hottest Team in NHL Friday Night at Home

Ducks on a tear to begin the new NHL season

Anaheim dropped its season opener to Pittsburgh by a count of 6-4. They did not dwell long over that loss as they have gone on to roll off six wins in a row since that night. Their final five games in the month of October will be a true test for this team as they face Columbus tonight. They then have to take on San Jose, Chicago, St. Louis and Dallas.

Blue Jackets hope to build on momentum of big win

Columbus comes into tonight’s game with the Ducks following a hard-fought victory over the San Jose Sharks on Thursday, so there is no rest for the weary right now in the Blue Jackets locker room. Columbus had just four wins all-time playing in San Jose, but they were able to score two, third period goals en route to a 5-4 victory over the Sharks. They are fifth in the league with 3.3 goals scored per game this season.

On Friday night we will visit Sportsbook.ag to use their betting odds for the Blue Jackets and the Ducks from the Honda Center in California. We are going to put our money down on the host Ducks and the -205 money line as they continue to stay red-hot to begin the season and win their seventh straight game.
