Heat Go for Series Win Over Nets in Game Five Following Minor Hiccup

Miami one win from another East Finals series

The two-time defending league champion Heat are just one win away from their fourth straight Eastern Conference Finals appearance. The Heat lead this series 3-1 after dropping the Nets by a score of 102-96 in game four. Miami lost game three of this series, which seems to be a minor hiccup for this team right now. It looked as if the Heat would not lose a game in the playoffs this year, but one loss isn’t that bad either.

Nets veteran roster hoping to play another day

Brooklyn was able to win one game in this series, game three, but quickly dropped game four to fall behind 3-1 and have their backs put up against the wall. Now, they return to Miami for game five with their season on the line. Brooklyn has said multiple times that they do not fear the Heat, and LeBron James has agreed, but it sure seems like the opposite right now. Brooklyn will need to play their best game of the season tonight to survive.

We research the betting odds for tonight’s game five between the Heat and the Nets at SportsBetting.ag, where the Heat are home chalk at -7 (-110) to grab the series victory. We are going to drop 15 percent of our bankroll on Miami as they take down Brooklyn to claim yet another trip to the Eastern Conference Finals.
