Kings Visit Rangers Looking for 3-0 Lead in Stanley Cup Finals

Kings moving closer to 3-0 lead in Finals

Los Angeles has needed two overtime wins to take a 2-0 lead in the Stanley Cup Finals, but they don’t care what it took to get to this point. The Kings would love to play overtime in each game if it meant that they would bring Lord Stanley’s Cup back to the City of Angels. They can move to within one win of the league crown with a victory on the road Monday night.

Rangers desperately need a win as series shifts to New York

Rangers fans have been waiting since 1994 for this game. It will be the first time in 20 years that the Rangers play a home Stanley Cup Finals game. New York returns home from an 0-2 road trip to begin the series, but have been so close to winning both games, having dropped them in overtime. Game two was a heartbreaking double-overtime loss in which the Rangers scored four goals in the losing effort.

At BetOnline.ag, where we find the betting odds for game three tonight, the Kings are road chalk despite holding a 2-0 lead in this series. The reason they are underdogs is that they are on the road and had to travel across the country, which New York also had to do for this game. Despite all of this, we still like the Kings to win game three as we drop 15 percent of our bankroll on the OVER five total goals scored at -110 tonight.
