Mariners Take Win Streak on Road Against Padres Wednesday

Mariners send King Felix to the bump today

Felix Hernandez will take the ball for the Mariners on Wednesday night in the hopes of extending the team’s winning streak to four games as Seattle tries to move closer to the top of the AL West. They are six games behind Oakland for the top spot. Seattle would like to provide Hernandez with more run support tonight after he allowed just one run in a loss the last time he took the mound.

Padres to honor Tony Gwynn tonight

‘Mr. Padre,’ Tony Gwynn, passed away on Monday morning at the age of 54 after a battle with cancer. He will be honored prior to tonight’s game against the Mariners. Gwynn played his entire 20-year big league career for the Padres, who play at home for the first time since the death of their beloved legend. San Diego dropped two games in Seattle at the beginning of this week.

We are going to place our bets on tonight’s Padres and Mariners game at SportsBetting.ag on Wednesday night. Despite being on the road, the Mariners are favored because of Hernandez taking the mound for Seattle. San Diego will be emotional at the start of this game, which will be tough to overcome. We will drop 15 percent of our bankroll on the Mariners and the -132 money line as they grab a fourth straight win.
