Royals and Twins Open Four-Game Series Friday Night

Royals continue to win at impressive rate

Kansas City has won nine of its last 10 games, two in a row, and 18 of their last 22 to catapult them into the top spot in the AL Central standings. They will send Danny Duffy to the mound tonight. He is in search of three consecutive wins for the first time now that he is receiving run support. In 22.1 innings pitched against the Twins in the last calendar year, Duffy has allowed just two runs. Josh Willingham faces his former team as a Royal tonight.

Twins hoping to spoil the party for K.C.

There is not much left that Minnesota can do this season except to prepare for the winter. They have had bad news at the Major League and Minor League levels all season. They are in last-place in the AL Central. Ricky Nolasco is making his first start since coming off the disabled list after suffering from elbow soreness for the past month. His season ERA is just under 6.00 at 5.90.

On Friday night, the Twins will host the Royals an in American League Central contest. We will place our bets at SportsBetting.ag, where the Royals are favored on the road to win the opener. We will place 10 percent of our bankroll on Kansas City and the -140 money line as they continue to secure wins at the right time of the season.
