Saturday NFL Playoff Odds: New Orleans vs Seattle

New Orleans Saints: Headed for second road win

After not being able to win a single road playoff game in their history, the Saints will look for their second consecutive road playoff win when they visit the Seahawks on Saturday. New Orleans knocked off the Philadelphia Eagles in the City of Brotherly Love in the first round by connecting on a game-winning field goal as time expired. Now, Drew Brees and company will attempt to snap the Seahawks’ home playoff winning streak. This will be a much more difficult game for the Saints, who will need to score early and often to win this game.

Seattle Seahawks: Out to continue dominance of Saints

Seattle has absolutely dominated the Saints of late, including a 34-7 home win over New Orleans on December 2. The last time the Seahawks lost a home playoff game was on January 8, 2005, a 27-20 defeat at the hands of the St. Louis Rams. For regular season games, the Seahawks were in the midst of a 14-game home winning streak when they dropped a 17-10 decision to the Arizona Cardinals in week 16 of this season. They came right back and won their home game in week 17 to rebound from the loss to the Cardinals.

For this weekend’s NFL playoff game featuring the New Orleans Saints and the Seattle Seahawks, we find the betting odds over at Bovada.lv. Even though the Seahawks are eight-point favorites in this contest, we find it difficult to bet for them after having a week off and with the Saints having a ton of confidence on the road for once. Even though the Saints have already lost in Seattle this season, we will still bet 10 percent of our bankroll on them with the OVEr 46 total points scored at -105 on Saturday afternoon. Place your bets now and enjoy the weekend.
