Spurs Aiming for Game One Win Over Thunder on Monday Night

San Antonio ready for another bid at the Finals

The Spurs have been here before and they are thrilled to be here once again. San Antonio’s big three; Tony Parker, Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili are playing in their seventh West Finals together. They secured their first NBA title as a group in 2003. Even though they dropped their four meetings with the Thunder in the regular-season, the Spurs will only focus on the task at hand in game one tonight.

Oklahoma City hopes regular-season success carries over

The Thunder dominated the Spurs in the regular-season and they hope that their success carries over to the Western Conference Finals as they open a series with the Spurs. The Thunder seemed to always have an answer for the Spurs during their four-game season series sweep this year. They hope that those answers are still available in the West Finals when they take on the Spurs to open game one on the road.

We take a look at tonight’s NBA West Finals betting odds at Bovada.lv, where the Spurs are home chalk with a line of -5.5 (-105) over the Thunder. We like San Antonio’s playoff experience in game one, which is why we will bet 15 percent of our bankroll on the Spurs as we lay the line in their contest with the Thunder. Place your bets now so you can enjoy this Monday night game one tilt.
