Super Bowl XLVIII: Plenty of Questions Yet to be Answered

Will Peyton Manning cement his legacy?

Many fans across the country, especially in Colorado, are wondering if Peyton Manning will cement his legacy on Sunday evening. Will he secure that elusive second Super Bowl ring? When you listen to Manning speak during interviews, you do not get the impression that he is worried about his legacy. He knows what he has accomplished so far and what still lies ahead. But, in the back of his mind, he can’t help but wonder what life would be like with a second title on his resume.

How will Russell Wilson handle the pressure?

Seattle fans have been waiting for this game since they dropped Super Bowl XL to the Pittsburgh Steelers by a count of 21-10. With two head coaching changes and a various quarterbacks under center since then, the Seahawks have finally found a winning combo in Pete Carroll and Russell Wilson. One cannot help but wonder, how will Wilson handle the pressure of playing on the biggest stage in sports?

With all of these story lines and more in play on Sunday night, this game could go down as one of the most exciting in recent memory, no matter the outcome. Despite entering this game with the number-one defense in the league, we find it difficult to bet against the Broncos at -3 (-110) and their number-one offense. That is why we will lay the line at Bovada and back the Broncos from MetLife Stadium.
