But we find ourselves drawn to the projected runner-up, which is also from Disney: Luca (+600). Awards voters are often pulled toward coming-of-age stories in the animated film section, so for us, it makes sense to roll the dice here.

At any rate, "No Time to Die" has been billed as an iconic original song from a well-reviewed film that also acted as the final installment of the Daniel Craig era. We'll take it running away.

Some of the aesthetic decisions verged on outrageous, but that's sort of the point. The out-thereness factor matters in this category. And if we're being blunt, the makeup and hairstyling in Cruella outstripped that of both The Eyes of Tammy Faye (-200) and Dune (+400).
