Veteran Daniil Medvedev has qualified for his seventh ATP Finals. The 30-year-old played in his sixth successive ATP Finals from 2019 to 2024. After missing last year’s event, Medvedev has enjoyed a significant bounceback campaign in 2026. He won titles at Brisbane, Dubai, Hangzhou and Almaty, and topped the 50-win plateau for the first time since the 2023 season. Don’t count out Medvedev in your ATP Finals betting. Although his overall record in the event is just 12-11, he did reach the final in 2021.

Along with Medvedev, Alexander Zverev, Carlos Alcaraz, and Ben Shelton have also acquired one of the eight spots in the ATP Finals. World No. 2 Zverev is 62-16 this season. He is the reigning U.S. Open men's singles champion. Zverev was the 2021 ATP Finals winner. Shelton lost to Zverev in the U.S. Open final. The fourth-ranked player in the ATP, Shelton is 40-17 this year. However, he's just 8-6 in ATP Masters 1000 events. Bouncing back from an elbow injury, world No. 3 Alcaraz recently won in Tokyo. It was his first tournament victory since Doha in February.

A knee injury has scuttled the season of world No. 1 Jannik Sinner. The right knee injury has hampered Sinner's season since Wimbledon. He's been out of action for over three months. It’s been described as an overload injury. Sinner missed the U.S. Open and now will miss the ATP Finals. The Italian player has won the past two ATP Finals. He was the losing finalist in 2023.

Carlos Alcaraz returned to winning form in Tokyo after an injury-disrupted 2026 season. The Spaniard is looking to build match fitness and regain consistency ahead of the ATP Finals in Turin. His performances during November will be an important measure of how well he has recovered.

All eight players have been determined for the WTA Finals, which are set for November 8 at Indian Wells. Leading the way is world No. 1 Elena Rybakina. Also qualified are Aryna Sabalenka, Mirra Andreeva, Jessica Pegula, Coco Gauff, Elina Svitolina, Karolina Muchova, and Linda Noskova. Rybakina (2025) and Gauff (2024) are the past two winners of the event. Sabalenka lost in last year's final and also in 2022. Svitolina won the WTA Finals in 2018.

One player who will be missing from the WTA Finals is Iga Swiatek. The 2023 champion shut it down for the season, saying she needs time for her body to recover following a demanding 2026 season. In total, Swiatek played 58 matches this year. However, the only win during the campaign for the six-time Grand Slam champion came in Toronto.

Early lines out for Wimbledon futures

In the futures book for the 2027 Wimbledon Championships, Aryna Sabalenka is the +350 betting choice to win the women's singles title, which is an intriguing choice. Not only has Sabalenka never won Wimbledon, but the former world No. 1 from Belarus has never played in the final.

Current world No. 1 Elena Rybakina is the +700 second betting choice. The Kazakh player was Wimbledon champion in 2022.

Reigning champion Linda Noskova, Karolina Muchova, and Iga Swiatek are all at +800. Swiatek was the 2025 Wimbledon champion. Mirra Andreeva (+900) and Coco Gauff (+1000) are next in the betting line.

One betting note to keep in mind is that 10 different players have won the past 10 Wimbledon women's singles titles.

On the men's side of the ledger, oddsmakers are counting on Jannik Sinner bouncing back strongly from his knee injury. The world No. 1 and two-time defending Wimbledon men's singles champion is the -150 odds-on favorite to win a third straight title.

Carlos Alcaraz is the +150 second betting choice. The world No. 3 from Spain won Wimbledon in 2023 and 2024.

Defending U.S. Open champion Alexander Zverev is the distant +700 third pick in this betting market. He lost to Sinner in the 2026 Wimbledon final.

Next at +1000 is seven-time Wimbledon champion Novak Djokovic. The Serb played in six straight Wimbledon finals from 2018 through 2024, winning four titles.

Other contenders include Jack Draper and Taylor Fritz, both at +1600, and Daniil Medvedev at +2000. Ben Shelton, Joao Fonseca, and Rafael Jodar are all in a group at +2500.

Latest Davis Cup odds

Italy is the three-time defending champion in the Davis Cup. However, it is Spain, the losing finalist to Italy in 2025, that oddsmakers are setting as the favorites to win the Davis Cup this year.

Spain is set as the +140 chalk to win this year's title. Spain most recently won the Davis Cup in 2019. The Spaniards currently list three of the world's top-15 players - Carlos Alcaraz (No. 3), Rafael Jodar (No. 11), and Alejandro Davidovich Fokina (No. 15).

Italy has fallen to the +350 second betting choice. This is likely due to the absence of World No. 1 Jannik Sinner due to a knee injury. That leaves Luciano Darderi (No. 23) as Italy's top-ranked player.

Czechia (+450) and Germany (+600) are the only other contenders with betting lines shorter than +1000. The Czechs most recently won the Davis Cup in back-to-back years in 2012 and 2013. Germany's last win came in 1993.

Canada, Davis Cup winners in 2022, are next in the betting line at +1000. Following at +1200 is Great Britain. The Brits were Davis Cup champions in 2015.

Austria (+4000) and South Korea (+6600) round out the odds on the remaining eight countries still in the Davis Cup hunt.

Should you consider Fading Rybakina in WTA finals?

World No. 1 Rybakina withdrew from the quarterfinals of the Toray Pan Pacific Open in Tokyo. The Kazakh player withdrew due to a neck injury.

Rybakina said she's been experiencing neck inflammation and pain, which has affected her ability to play at her best. She did not address whether this ailment would impact her ability to perform in the upcoming WTA Finals, where she is the defending champion.

Rybakina only recently usurped the World No. 1 ranking from Belarusian Aryna Sabalenka.

Paris Masters offers final ATP finals qualification opportunities

With four ATP Finals spots still up for grabs entering November, the Paris Masters, running November 2-8, offers important ranking points for players chasing qualification. It is the ninth and final ATP Masters 1000 event of the season.

As the final tournament of the regular men’s tennis season, the Paris La Défense Arena showcases the cream of the crop. Players will be vying to win the prestigious title and clinch one of the remaining qualifying spots in the season-ending ATP Finals.
