The win also sees him close to just two points behind Michael van Gerwen in the current table.
On his way to winning Night Eleven, Price defeated Chris Dobey 6-2, with an average of 115.97. And in his 6-5 semi-final win over van Gerwen, the Iceman averaged at 108.08. And although he only had a mere average of 100.08 in the final against Michael Smith, Price still had more than enough.
Night 12 Winner Betting
The best darts betting sites are making Michael van Gerwen their favorite to win Night 12 of the 2023 Premier League. MVG is just +185 to win what would be his fourth night. Following van Gerwen is Gerwyn Price at +250. The Iceman is in the form of his life at the moment, and as things stand, he is a genuine contender to top the 2023 Premier League Darts table.
Behind the Iceman in this week’s betting is last week’s beaten finalist Michael Smith, who is +450. There’s then quite a substantial gap until we get to the winner of Nights’ Nine and Ten, Jonny Clayton, who is +1000. Clayton is followed by - the slowly returning to form - Peter Wright who is +1100.

This week’s schedule sees Michael Smith and Gerwyn Price meeting at the quarter-final stage. This means that one of the big three will be going out in the opening round. It was only down to Smith’s astonishing finishing that he defeated Wright to make the final, as the current World Champions had been second best all night.

After a little bit of a pick up in form, Chris Dobey has since lost at the quarter-final stage for the last three weeks. Okay, two of those defeats were against MVG and Gerwyn Price, but despite that, Chris Dobey now - again - looks like he can’t wait for the Premier League to be over.
Jonny Clayton’s winning run came to an end against Michael Smith last week, but despite that, we expect the Welshman to take care of Chris Dobey.

In the early stages of their final on Night Eleven, Michael Smith did have opportunities to put daylight between himself and the world’s in-form player. Unfortunately for Smith, he didn’t take those opportunities, and the rest is history.
How can we bet against Gerwyn Price in his current form? The simple answer is we can’t. And despite Price not being our pick to win on the night, we are picking the Iceman to beat Michael Smith.

Snakebite is our pick to win the night, so we have to obviously make him our pick to win his quarter-final. Bizarrely, only Wright has won less games at this year’s Premier League than Van den Bergh. And with Wright only needing one win to go level with his opponent on Premier League wins, we can only see Snakebite winning.

There’s rarely any value in picking Micahel van Gerwen to beat one of the outsiders on the moneyline in a Premier League Darts match, and this week is no different.
On the handicap line, MVG is +103 to win from -2.5 legs. It seems like the only logical betting pick for this match.
