Giannis Antetokounmpo could be moved by the Feb. 5 NBA trade deadline if a team makes an aggressive offer for the two-time NBA MVP. While the Greek Freak will miss the next several weeks with a right calf strain, he'd instantly make most clubs a championship contender upon his return.
Which franchise will acquire the nine-time All-Star? Let's look at the Giannis Next Team futures. Odds are subject to change.

Giannis landing spots
Golden State, Miami and New York are all +500 to land Antetokounmpo, who will become eligible to sign a four-year, $275 million supermax extension on Oct. 1. Giannis was reportedly trying to direct himself to the Big Apple in the summer, but will the Bucks actually want Karl-Anthony Towns?
The Heat desperately need a star and Pat Riley has snagged big fish before but they can only include two first-round picks as of now. As for the Warriors, they can ship over all their picks with draft bust Jonathan Kuminga and injured vet Jimmy Butler.

Other Greek Freak contenders
Washington (+600) seems like an odd pairing for Giannis given they're dead last in the conference at 11-34. However, they have a high 2026 lottery selections, five other tradable first-rounders and a large expiring contract in former Buck Khris Middleton.
Atlanta (+700) is reportedly uninterested in the 2021 NBA Finals MVP but they do have Milwaukee native Jalen Johnson to dangle.
Minnesota (+800) would love to pair Antetokounmpo with ascending star Anthony Edwards. Yet, they have little draft capital to offer outside of a 2028 first-round pick swap.
Longshots for Antetokounmpo
Toronto (+800) is apparently "big game hunting" in hopes of replicating the Kawhi Leonard trade that landed them a title in 2019. However, like many teams, they probably don't have the draft capital to get it done.
San Antonio (+1800) is a terrifying possibility when you think of pairing Victor Wembanyama with Giannis. But the Spurs apparently believe their young assets Dylan Harper (19) and Stephon Castle (21) fit the timeline of their 22-year-old franchise center better than the 31-year-old Antetokounmpo.

Giannis Antetokounmpo Next Team Picks
Keep in mind that you get your money back if the Bucks choose to keep their franchise player through the deadline and deal him in the offseason when teams are able to offer more draft picks.
While the Greek Freak likely stays in Milwaukee until the summer, we'll take Golden State (+500) as the most logical destination for Giannis as they could pair him with Steph Curry in his twilight years.
