ATP Vienna Open Top Contenders
An ATP 500 event, the Vienna Open is played on an indoor hard court surface at the Wiener Stadthalle. Already, some top players have been eliminated or bowed out. Andrey Rublev, the 2020 tournament winner and the No. 7 seed, lost to Cameron Norrie in the Round of 32.

Karen Khachanov, the No. 5 seed and last year's losing finalist, was also ousted in the Round of 32. Stefanos Tsitsipas, a semifinalist here in 2023, withdrew due to a back injury.
Let's look at the top remaining contenders for this year's title.
Jannik Sinner (-190)
Even if he were to win here, Sinner will still trail world No. 1 Carlos Alcaraz by 2,040 points with two events left in the season for each player.
Along with his win here in 2023, Sinner was also a losing semifinalist in 2022.
Alex de Minaur (+600)
Australia's de Minaur lost in the semifinals at the 2024 ATP Vienna Open. The world No. 7 has gone as far as the semifinals just once in his past five tournaments.
Alexander Zverev (+650)
The No. 2 seed this year, Zverev, was the ATP Vienna Open champion in 2021, beating Frances Tiafoe in the final. He was a quarterfinalist last year.
Daniil Medvedev (+850)
Medvedev won the Vienna Open in 2022 and lost to Sinner in the 2023 final. The world No. 14 comes here off a win at Almaty.
Lorenzo Musetti (+1400)
Italy's Musetti was a losing semifinalist in last year's Vienna Open. Ranked eighth in the world, he lost to Sinner in the US Open quarterfinals.
Alexander Bublik (+2200)
Bublik does have a win over Sinner this season. However, it was at Halle in a grass court event. Still, he's the only player other than Alcaraz to defeat Sinner in a match this season.
Tallon Griekspoor got a walkover win against Sinner at Shanghai when cramps required the Italian to retire from the match.
Best ATP Vienna Prop Bets
Sinner is the heavy -450 odds-on pick to win the first quarter of the draw in the tennis props. At a betting line of -200, de Minaur is the choice to emerge from the second quarter.
Medvedev is set as a slight +130 betting choice to win the third quarter, with Musetti right behind him at +150. Zverev is the -140 pick to capture the fourth quarter.

Naturally, the top half of the draw, which includes Sinner, is the -400 betting pick to produce the tournament winner. It's Sinner's first quarter that is the -230 choice to be from where the event winner emerges.
The odds are +165 that an unseeded player will reach the final. Last year, Khachanov reached the final as an unseeded player before losing to Jack Draper.
A qualifier reaching the final is set with a betting line of +1600. And a wild card entry playing in the final is set at long odds of +10000.
BetUS is offering a series of tennis specials on whether some players who are participating in this tournament will qualify for the ATP Finals. Medvedev is +400 to get to the ATP final. Aussie de Minaur is offered at +300 odds to make it, while Musetti is at a betting line of +200 to make it.
And The Winner Is . . .
In his last five tournaments, Sinner has won twice, lost once to Alcaraz, and lost twice when forced to retire due to injury or illness. Since Alcaraz isn't playing this week, Sinner's toughest opponent will be his own health.
Knowing what's at stake for his hopes to be No. 1 again, Sinner figures to tough it out here. Bet on Sinner to win in the ATP Vienna Open picks.
