UFC Fight Night Overview: Josh Emmett vs Kevin Vallejos
Both Emmett and Vallejos are ranked among the contenders in the UFC featherweight division. Emmett is the No. 11 contender, while Vallejos is slotted in at No. 14.
Fighter Spotlight: Josh Emmett
Emmett, 41, has been fighting professionally since 2011. He's 19-6 in his career, but 1-4 over his past five fights.
Emmett was 9-2 over his first 11 fights after joining UFC. Seven of his career wins have come by knockout, and two via submission holds. During his UFC career, Emmett's bouts have been recognized three times as fight of the night and twice as performance of the night. He shares the UFC mark for consecutive fights with a knockdown at seven.
Emmett dabbled briefly in the lightweight division. He lost a unanimous decision to current UFC lightweight champion Ilya Topuria.
Fighter Spotlight: Kevin Vallejos
Vallejos (17-1) opened his MMA career by going 11-0 and winning the featherweight, bantamweight and lightweight titles in the Samurai Fight House. He earned his UFC contract by competing in Dana White's Contender Series.

His first UFC bout was a unanimous decision loss to Jean Silva. So far, that's the only setback of his career for Vallejos.
The Argentine fighter has recorded 11 of his career wins by knockout and two via submission.
Prediction: Both of these fighters hold finishing power in their striking. Four of the last five wins posted by Vallejos have arrived via KO. At this stage of his career, scoring a knockout might be Emmett's only chance at victory.
While he's in with a puncher's chance, the fact of the matter is that Vallejos has never been knocked out or even knocked down through his entire MMA career. That's why we're going with the chalk and picking Vallejos to win in the UFC picks.
UFC Fight Night Overview: Amanda Lemos vs Gillian Robertson
This fight was originally scheduled to be held in December 2025 as part of the UFC on ESPN: Royval vs Kape. However, Lemos was ruled out of the bout on the day of the fight by the Nevada Athletic Commission due to a mouth injury.
Fighter Spotlight: Amanda Lemos
Veteran Lemos (21-5-1) has a win on her resume over reigning UFC strawweight champion Mackenzie Dern. However, when Lemos fought champion Zhang Weili for the UFC world title at UFC 292 in 2023, she lost by unanimous decision.
Amanda Lemos gotta be one of the best athletes we've ever seen in WMMA. Why in hell is she getting this brute reversal on an international level wrestler lmao. pic.twitter.com/qmQ95TAREW

The Brazilian fighter is currently the No. 5 contender in the UFC strawweight division. However, she's lost three of her past five bouts.
Fighter Spotlight: Gillian Robertson
Robertson is the No. 8-ranked contender in the UFC strawweight division. The Canadian fighter was 9-1 as an amateur and shows a 16-8 record as a professional.
She comes into this fight riding a four-bout win streak. Robertson is 13-6 as a UFC fighter.
Prediction: An excellent grappler who has competed in professional wrestling while also fighting MMA, Robertson is a submission machine. She's gained nine of her 16 wins by forcing her opponent to submit.
At 38, Lemos has probably seen her best days as a UFC fighter. She'll find it challenging to defend against Robertson's relentless attacking style. Go with Robertson to win, likely via submission, in the UFC picks.
