Spain favored to repeat

Spain (-125) dazzled in Group B play after entering the Euros as favorites. Montse Tomé’s side scored 14 goals in their first three contests, matching England’s Euro 2022 record. The Spaniards are -1000 favorite over host Switzerland in their quarterfinal match-up.

While their defense allows scoring opportunities to their opponents, Alexia Putellas may be the best women's player on the planet. The 31-year-old midfielder is in contention for the Ballon d’Or after registering  three goals and four assists in group play.

England gets luck of the draw

While England (+400) finished behind France in Group D, the second-place positioning resulted in the Lionesses being on the opposite side of the draw of Spain and Germany. Instead of the rivals Germans, the Brits will face Sweden in the quarterfinals on Thursday. And if they advance, they will play either Norway or Italy in the final four, rather than the Spaniards.

European powerhouses meet in quarters

France (+500) meets Germany (+1000) in the most highly-anticipated matchup of the quarterfinals on Saturday. Les Bleues entered the Euros on an eight-game winning streak. After defeating England 2-1 in their Group D opener, they scored four unanswered goals in a 5-2 comeback victory over the Netherlands.

Meanwhile, the Germans lost captain Giulia Gwinn to a knee injury in the tournament opener before getting destroyed by Sweden 4-1 in their last game. The winner of this battle between soccer powerhouses will face Spain in the semifinals.

Best longshot

Sweden (+1000) won all three of their group games, including a 4-1 annihilation of Germany -  their first Euros win over the Germans in six tries. Unbeaten in 15 matches, the Swedes have the experience and talent necessary to avenge their loss to England at the last Euros. If they win that quarterfinals matchup, they should have an easy time with either Norway (+2800) or Italy (+5000) in the quarterfinals.

UEFA European Women's Championship Picks

France has an outside shot to win their first-ever UEFA European Women's Championship. But we're sticking with the favorites from Spain (-125) to followup their World Cup victory with a Euro 2025 title.
