SGA favored for Finals MVP
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (-600) is a massive favorite to win the 2025 NBA Finals MVP. Oklahoma City is -675 to win the Larry O'Brien Trophy, and oddsmakers aren't giving other Thunder players much of a chance to steal the honor.
Jalen Williams (+2500) is averaging 20.4 points, 5.8 rebounds and 5.1 assists this postseason. And Chet Holmgren (+7500) scored over 20 points in three of five games in the conference finals versus Minnesota.
However, both would be hard pressed to garner even one MVP vote. This is SGA's award if OKC wins their first NBA title.

Who's the Pacers real MVP?
Pascal Siakam was named Eastern Conference finals MVP, edging out teammate Tyrese Haliburton by a single vote (5-4). Siakam averaged 24.8 points, 5 rebounds and 3.5 assists in the Pacers 4-2 series victory over the Knicks while shooting 52.3% from the field. Meanwhile, Haliburton registered 21 points, 6 rebounds and 10.5 assists per game while shooting 45.5%.
Despite winning the award and posting at least 30 points in Games 2, 4 and 6, Siakam is +1400 to win NBA Finals MVP.
Haliburton's MVP odds are much shorter (+700). If Indiana pulls off the upset, they'll need their All-Star guard to deliver the kind of flawless performance he did in Game 4 against the Knicks, registering 32 points, 15 assists, 12 rebounds, four steals and zero turnovers.
No longshots worth considering
NBA Finals MVP is not an award to bet longshots on as the cream always seems to rise to the top.
Of the last 20 winners, only Jaylen Brown (2024), Andre Iguodala (2015) and Tony Parker (2007) wouldn't have been considered the best player on their teams with the possible exception of Kevin Durant on the Warriors in 2017 and 2018.
