The pressure will be on veterans Matteo Berrettini and Lorenzo Sonego to step up and maintain Italy's hold on the Davis Cup.
Spain (+200)
Carlos Alcaraz, the world's top-ranked player, is showing up for the Spaniards, and that's a big deal.
He'll get backing from world No. 36 Jaume Munar, along with old hand Pablo Carreno Busta (89), and Roberto Martinez (95). Both Spaniards are ranked among the world's top 100 players.
Spain's most recent win in this event came in 2019.
Germany (+400)
The Germans are led by world No. 3 Alexander Zverev. Jan-Lennard Struff is 84th overall in the ATP rankings.

Czechia (+800)

France won the Davis Cup in 2017. The French were losing finalists in 2014 and 2018.
Arthur Rinderknech is the top-rated player in France's lineup. He's ranked 29th by the ATP. Corentin Moutet (No. 35) is also playing.
On the other hand, Ugo Humbert (37), Arthur Fils (40), and Alexandre Muller (42) aren't playing.
Argentina (+2000)
World No. 21 Francisco Cerundolo is leading the charge for the Argentinians. Tomas Martin Etcheverry (No. 60) and Francesco Comesana (No. 61) are also in the Argentine lineup.
Argentina won the 2016 Davis Cup. The country was losing finalists in 2006, 2008, and 2011.
Belgium (+2500)
Belgium has twice come close to winning this competition in the past decade. The Belgians lost in the final in 2015 and 2017.
This year's entry includes world No. 43 Zizou Bergs and Raphael Collignon (No. 86).
Austria (+3500)
Filip Misolic, ranked 79th by the ATP, is the best player for the long-shot Austrians. Then you go all the way down to Jurij Rodionov at 177th.
This tournament began in 1900, and Austria has never reached the final.

Finally, on Thursday, there are two quarterfinal matches on court. Germany is a -190 favorite to defeat Argentina. Spain is the -150 pick in the tennis betting lines to defeat Czechia.
