Ducks vs Trojans

Oregon is a massive 9.5-point home favorite on Saturday afternoon with the OVER/UNDER set at a sky-high 60 points. Dante Moore passed for 306 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions in a 42-13 victory over the Golden Gophers on Friday.

Dan Lanning's Ducks also have a strong run game headed by Noah Whittington, who leads the club with 623 rushing yards and five scores, and true freshman Jordon Davison, who has compiled 461 yards on the ground with a team-leading 12 TDs.

USC coming off big win

Jayden Maiava connected with his No. 1 receiver Makai Lemon 10 times for 153 yards and a touchdown in the Trojans' 26-21 win over Iowa. Maiava has delivered in Lincoln Riley's offense this year, passing for 2,868 yards and 18 TDs with only six picks while rushing for 124 yards and six scores.

However, the Trojans will be in tough against a 9-1 Ducks squad. Oregon has one of the top defenses in college football, and is the highest-ranked program USC will face all year. Dan Lanning's squad is also playing at home and coming in with an extra day of rest.

Matchup history

Oregon has won three in a row and five of its last six against USC, including a 36-27 victory in Eugene in their last matchup in 2023. The Ducks' only loss all season came at the hands of No. 2 Indiana in Week 7.

USC was upset by unranked Illinois back in September and fell to Notre Dame 34-24 about a month ago. However, the Trojans have quality wins on their schedule over both No. 21 Iowa and No. 18 Michigan.

Oregon Ducks vs USC Trojans Picks

While the extra day's rest may help Oregon heal up, they might still be missing Dakorien Moore and Gary Bryant Jr from their receiving corps. Without a full suite of weapons, it might be hard for the Ducks to pull away from a Lincoln Riley-coached squad that can put up points.

We'll take USC to cover the points (+9.5) in Eugene with the UNDER 60.
