To date, Trump is surprisingly applying the brakes to amplifying any fued with Musk by tagging him with an unflattering nickname. If we were to choose a winner from the list, Mad Musk at +600 feels like low-hanging fruit, which is certainly going to be appealing the low work rate of Trump.

At the same time, Megalomaniac Musk (+1000) also has a certain ring to it. But that's a lot of letters for Trump to be required to type on a regular basis. He'd probably find it to be exhausting.
