Yankees top the AL odds

New York (+725) has the shortest odds in the American League despite the continued employment of manager Aaron Boone. Aaron Judge is in line to win his third AL MVP this Thursday after leading the majors with a .331 batting average and 1.144 OPS. The Yankees will also get Gerrit Cole back after their ace missed the season following Tommy John surgery.

Seattle (+1300) fell in seven games in the ALCS to the Blue Jays. The Mariners have superstar catcher Cal Raleigh and a strong starting rotation, but must find a way to re-sign first baseman Josh Naylor.
