Manchester United (+155) vs. Arsenal (+180)

United

The pick of the weekend’s Premier League fixtures has to be Manchester United versus Arsenal in the early kickoff (12:30 GMT) on Saturday 19 November.

United won the corresponding fixture 3-2 last season thanks to a brace of goals from Marcus Rashford and one from Ander Herrera, with Danny Welbeck and Mesut Ozil replying for the visitors. It was a result that was said to have derailed Arsenal’s title charge, so expect the Gunners to be going out for revenge.

At Old Trafford, United are unbeaten in the last three games, but Jose Mourinho’s men have struggled for form this season and only have one victory in the league from their last five games.

Arsenal have won four and drawn once in five away games, the best form of any Premier League team. The Gunners can go clear at the top, if only for a few hours, and that could spur them onto victory.

Both teams have several key players out injured. Arsenal will be without Hector Bellerin, Lucas Perez, Santi Carzola, Per Mertesacker, and Danny Welbeck, with United having to make do without Chris Smalling, Eric Bailly, Marouane Fellaini, and Wayne Rooney.

With the last two meeting between these sides resulting in eight goals, and both teams being without first team defenders, the over 2.5 goals at -105 looks like a solid bet. It is difficult to choose a winner so opting for the tie at +110 is another shrewd wager.

Pick: Over 2.5 goals at -105 and Draw at +110

Crystal Palace (+475) vs. Manchester City (-190)

City

Crystal Palace have lost their last four games, which is far from ideal form as they welcome title chasing Manchester City to Selhurst Park. Palace have a poor record against City in recent seasons, losing 4-0 in Manchester and 1-0 at home in 2015/16, although they did win 201 at home in the 2014/15 season.

After a blistering start to the season, Man City have dropped to seventh in the form table with two wins, three draws, and a defeat from their past six games. However, their away form is second best in the league with four wins and one defeat from five games.

City missed the chance to go top of the league when they drew 1-1 at home to Middlesbrough before the international break, but don’t expect them to make the same mistake again. Being only -190 to win, City look like a bargain bet and the over 2.5 goals at -160 could also yield value considering the past five meetings have averaged 3.4 goals per game.

Pick: Over 2.5 goals at -160

Tottenham Hotspur (-190) vs. West Ham United (+500)

Spurs

Tottenham Hotspur entertain London rivals West Ham United as the only team that are undefeated in the Premier League this season. Five wins and six draws leave Tottenham fifth in the table, but if results go their way and Spurs win, they could climb as high as third place.

Spurs won this fixture 4-1 last season in a game they dominated throughout. A brace from Harry Kane, and goals from defenders Toby Alderweireld and Kyle Walker blew the Hammers away. Spurs would love a similar result this weekend.

West Ham could be in the relegation zone by the time this fixture takes place as they are only one point ahead of Swansea City. Slaven Bilic’s team are a shadow of the side who dazzled during the 2015/16 season and need to quickly get back to winning ways.

One win (1-0 at Crystal Palace) and four defeats from their five previous away games shows the poor form of West Ham, and I would expect this record to worsen when they return home from White Hart Lane.

West Ham have several players due a goal so expect them to breach the tight Tottenham defence, yet Spurs will run out worthy winners. Therefore, the Tottenham to win and both teams to score at +200 is where my money is going.

Pick: Tottenham to win and both teams to score at +200
