The best female tennis players in the world have all travelled to the All England Club in London this week to take part in Wimbledon 2025, for the third Grand Slam tournament of the season.
The current title holder from the 2024 tournament is Barbora Krejčíková, who claimed a first major title of her career in a surprise result. But she will face major competition from the top-ranked players in the world, who all come into this tournament in great form.

Aryna Sabalenka - (+275)
The three-time Grand Slam winner and current world number one, Aryna Sabalenka is a deserving favorite at Wimbledon in 2025 after the year she has had.
Coming into the tournament, Sabalenka has a 42-8 record for 2025 so far, and reached the French Open final before suffering defeat to Coco Gauff in a three-set thriller. Since then she has also reached the semi-final of the Berlin Open, but she suffered a disappointing straight sets loss to Marketa Vondrousova.
She is the best she has ever been at the moment, though, and this could well be the year she snaps that hoodoo and claims a fourth Grand Slam title. However, her previous appearances at Wimbledon haven't been the best. She failed to get past the second round in each of her first three attempts, but has reached the semi-finals in her last two appearances.
She didn't compete in 2022 or 2024, and comes into the 2025 tournament as world number one and favorite.
At odds of +275 there is strong value in her going all the way, but she'd have to buck her historic trends and it would be a bit of a surprise if she did so. Sabalenka is in good form, however, so it wouldn't be the greatest surprise for her to succeed and come out on top to win her first Wimbledon event.

Elena Rybakina - (+550)
26-year-old Ryabinka has had a difficult 2025 season so far, but as we enter grass season this is where the world number 11 comes into her own.
So far this season Rybakina has gone 29-12 including three defeats in her last six matches in all tournaments, including a quarter-final loss to Sabalenka at the Berlin Open. Her performances in 2025 Grand Slam tournaments have been very disappointing too, failing to get past the fourth round either in France or Australia.
But the Kazakhstani star tends to save her best tennis for Wimbledon, having won her only Grand Slam tournament at SW19 in 2022, while also reaching the quarter-final in 2023 and the semi-final in 2024.
At odds of +550 there is good value in her to step up to the plate once more, and with some concerns over the other top contenders and their form on grass, this is our best bet for the tournament winner.
Coco Gauff - (+700)
Coco Gauff has been on the brink of a major breakout in recent years, and after struggling to kick on in Grand Slams since her maiden victory at the US Open in 2023 she finally won her second at the French Open last month.
The 21-year-old has been on tour for several years already and comes into this tournament in excellent form. Ranked as the number two player in the world, she won at Roland Garros but then lost her most recent match in the Berlin Open against Xinyu Wang.
Her previous performances at Wimbledon have been extremely disappointing, and that makes it hard to back her for success here. In five appearances so far in his career she has failed to progress past the fourth round in any of them, and she has never won a singles title on grass in her career.
Gauff is still only 21-years-old so there is plenty of time for her to figure out her game on the surface, and it also wouldn't be a shock for her to turn it around this year, considering she will be coming into this tournament full of confidence after her big Roland Garros victory.
Despite her good form and her excellent +700 odds for Wimbledon though, it would take a big change of fortunes on grass for her to come away with a win, so this now looks like a bet to avoid this year.
