Getting to the Treasure Island sportsbook from Harry Reid International Airport is straightforward for guests. In normal traffic, the trip by rideshare or taxi usually takes about 15 minutes, giving you extra flexibility on arrival and departure. The direct route makes Treasure Island a convenient option for visitors who want to maximize their time on the Strip.
But while Treasure Island's official address puts it on The Strip—at 3300 South Las Vegas Boulevard—it is also in the same boat as the Venetian and Wynn. By being all the way at the north end, Treasure Island is a fairly long distance away from other parts of Vegas Boulevard, almost annoyingly so.
Guests will almost certainly need to use a car if they want to head over to the southernmost end, should they be visiting casinos like Mandalay Bay and New York-New York. But even getting to Center Strip, like somewhere near the Cosmopolitan or Bellagio, can be a trek many aren't willing to make on foot.
Generally speaking, though, being on The Strip at all is better than not. Taxis and rideshares are cheap enough when they're traveling what's essentially a straight shot, and Treasure Island offers free self-parking in their seven-story garage for anyone who decides to rent a car on their own.
Places Your Bets at Treasure Island Sportsbook
Many Vegas sportsbooks fall into an obvious category right off the bat. They are big. They are small. They have a ton of TVs. They don't have enough TVs. Their hours of operation are great. Or not. And so on.
In-depth research of Treasure Island sportsbook doesn't yield that same concrete conclusion. Bettors typically want a sportsbook that is open at least 12 hours per day, and that sets up shop in the wee hours of the morning on college football Saturdays and NFL Sundays. Treasure Island's cashiers, however, are available just 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and then 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Look past the official hours, and this isn't really a problem. Treasure Island allows you to bet on sports at any one of their casino cashiers, which are open 24/7. They also have automated kiosks available inside the sportsbook that you can use at any time.
On top of that, Treasure Island sportsbook doesn't always close down their cashiers by 5 p.m. or 9 p.m. They will often stay open later if there's a huge event. You can bet they'll have people ready at the windows into the wee hours of the night before something like the Super Bowl or college football National Championship.
Treasure Island also does a nice job straddling the line between large operation and relaxed feel inside the sportsbook. The Golden Circle venue spans about 12,000 square feet with seating for up to 750 guests, including VIP booths and betting carrels. It seldom feels overcrowded, and every seat has a clear view of the action. Rather than just 20 TVs, the space features more than 50 high-definition screens plus massive LED walls, making it easy to settle in and follow any major game or horse race.
Looking to enjoy some snacks and cocktails while you watch your wager play out? You're in luck. Treasure Island's Golden Circle Sports Bar allows you to order a drink and food and take it back to your seat, or you can watch games from the bar itself.
One thing that has changed at Treasure Island is their sportsbook app setup. The original in-house TI app was discontinued in late 2020, but today the property is partnered with STN Sports, the mobile wagering platform operated by Station Casinos. This means guests can fund and place bets through the STN Sports app, provided they complete registration and account verification in person at Treasure Island.

In recent years, Treasure Island has gained praise for its high rollers lounge. They don't just have higher-limit tables and slots within the space. They have an actual separate bar. It's like a miniature club.
Oh, and on the subject of clubs, you'll definitely want to sign up for the Treasure Island Players Club. It is 100 percent free and gives you the opportunity to earn points on eligible bets at slot machines and tables. Like most other casinos, though, you will not rack up points for wagers placed at the sportsbook.
Where most players' clubs offer pretty basic rewards, Treasure Island's list of perks is more dynamic. It includes everything from event tickets, comped rooms, free bets, gift cards to shops, comped meals, and more.

Altogether, you’re usually looking at an average nightly total closer to $150 or more, depending on season and availability.
This pricing remains competitive for a hotel of Treasure Island’s size and stature. You’re not dealing with a small-scale operation—the property is state-of-the-art, with modern rooms and a long list of included amenities. Consider all of the following from their official listing:
Flat-screen HD TV with digital cable and streaming access, pay-per-view movies, and high-speed Wi-Fi (included with the resort fee); spacious desk area with multiple USB charging ports; lounge seating area; Bluetooth-enabled alarm clock; mirrored wardrobe with full iron and ironing board; private safe with a digital combination lock; bathroom with marble floors and countertops, ample storage, spa-branded shampoo, conditioner, and amenities; hairdryer and lighted makeup mirror; large soaking bathtub with shower; and individual climate control.
That is bonkers. And this is all in addition to their collection of shops that almost mirrors a mall. Treasure Island really does give you a lot intangible amenities for the price point.
At the same time, they fall a little short in the restaurant department. For a hotel with over 2,800 rooms, they need to have more than five to seven options on-site now. They do make up for it by having a gargantuan catalog of shows with comedians, musicians, and whatnot. But if you're going to advertise yourself as a resort, there should be a minimum of 10 restaurants on the property.
In the end, despite a couple of quirks here and there—such as limited cashier hours and its north-Strip location—Treasure Island remains a strong choice for a Vegas stay.
