Which Drug might Joe Biden Test Positive for?

We’ve been in the world of political betting for a long time now. Some things surprise us, some don’t. But the type of future markets that bookmakers currently have live on Joe Biden take some beating.

Can you believe this? Off the back of Donald Trump’s ludicrous-sounding demand that Biden take a drug test before any live TV presidential debate, bookmakers have created a betting market. Yes folks, there is now markets on what (if any) drug may be found in Joe Biden’s system if he is to take a drug test.

The second market that made us sit up and take notice is the one asking if Joe Biden would pass a dementia test. And there is now another political betting market asking what percentage he would get if the results are released.

Starting with the drug test market, BetUS has made Adderall the favorite at +200. Adderall is effective in treating ADHD symptoms. Now we’re not for a moment suggesting that Sleepy Joe has ADHD, but the drug can be used as a calming stimulant that would help the nerves ahead of a high-stakes presidential debate and therefore is an understandable favorite.

Methamphetamine is the second favorite at +300. Again, the reason behind this is because Methamphetamine is a stimulant that affects the nervous system.

In the wrong hands, it can be an addictive drug, and its sheer street reputation would be enough to suggest that Biden wouldn’t dare go near it given the headlines Trump could garner out of it.

Now things are starting to get silly, as next up is Cocaine at +350. As if.

And if that one isn’t bad enough, then Steroids is next in the betting at +500. Maybe, just maybe, in a bid to say that he is fit enough to run the country for another four years, Biden has been working out in the gym in an attempt to do an Emmanuel Macron-style photo shoot showing how fit and strong he is before polling day.

It is clearly a bit of a fun market, but probably the weirdest thing about this whole saga is that it is working for Trump, as it is only spreading negative vibes about Biden. And when, not if, he refuses, Trump will be on the front foot again throwing more mud at the current Commander-in-chief.

Moving onto the dementia test, this is even more bizarre and insulting to Biden. A failed test is the favorite at -175. You can get +130 on Joe Biden to pass a dementia test.

What next? Is Trump going to come up with a suggestion that Biden is DNA tested to see if he comes from another planet or universe?

While these wild suggestions might sound funny (to some), there is a danger that more voters might start to think Trump is even more unhinged. So he may do well to focus on the more mundane normal stuff.

Of course, Biden isn’t going to agree to any of this - we think. So why not now look at some of the more sensible betting markets?

Trump shortens in betting after guilty charge

After Trump was found guilty of all 34 counts of Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree, his polling wasn’t affected. If anything, it is now widely regarded that he is more likely to win the Presidential Election in November.

A far more productive attack line for Trump is to stick to the mantra that this was a politically motivated prosecution. That attack line is cutting through.

Is there a possibility that eventually, some liberals in the country may feel that they can’t vote for a convicted felon? There may be in the long run. But at the moment the politically motivated prosecution line is working, and it would be a far more positive line (pardon the pun) to use than drug testing the current President of the United States of America.
