EFL Cup Final Betting Picks
Manchester City has won the EFL Cup on eight occasions. That's second all-time to Liverpool's 10 wins. Man City first lifted the Cup in 1970 and won four in a row between 2018 and 2021. The club is 8-1 all-time in EFL Cup final appearances.

Arsenal can count just two EFL Cup titles, in 1987 and 1993. The Gunners have been six-time losing finalists, most recently in 2018. That 2018 setback was a 3-0 loss to Manchester City. Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta was a coach on the Man City staff for that match.
Arsenal
The Gunners blanked Bayer Leverkusen 2-0 on Tuesday to advance through the UCL Round of 16 by a 3-1 aggregate score. Arsenal is riding a 14-match unbeaten run (11-0-3) in all competitions.
During that span, the club has posted five clean sheets, scored at least three goals in five matches, and collected six multi-goal victories. Arsenal has allowed one goal or fewer through each of its past seven matches.
This is Arsenal's first cup final in any competition since winning the 2020 FA Cup final. The Gunners have lost the EFL Cup final more than any other side in the history of the competition.
Manchester City
Just when it looked as though Manchester City was about to give Arsenal a run for the EPL title, the club hit a major speed bump. A 2-1 home loss to Real Madrid on Tuesday saw Man City bow out of the UEFA Champions League 5-1 on aggregate.
Man City is 1-2-2 over the past five matches in all competitions. They've surrendered nine goals in those five matches. During this span, there were draws with relegation-threatened sides Nottingham Forest and West Ham United.
This will be the 22nd visit to Wembley for Pep Guardiola since he became Manchester City manager in 2016.

The total for corner kicks in the match is set at 6.5. Odds are shown as -385 on the over and +265 if you go with the under. The soccer betting odds are -135 that both clubs will score in the match. Only one of the past five EFL Cup finals, last year's 2-1 Newcastle United win over Liverpool, has seen both teams score.
Arsenal is +225 to keep a clean sheet, while the soccer betting odds are +275 that Manchester City won't allow a goal. A 1-1 draw through 90 minutes is the +500 chalk in a correct score prop play.
EFL Cup Final Best Bet
Manchester City may have a history of success in the EFL Cup, but the club's recent history in showdowns with Arsenal is not a good one. You have to go back to April of 2023 to find City defeating Arsenal. Last year, Arsenal whipped Man City 5-1.
This has been Arsenal's year from the outset of the season. They've been dominant in both the EPL and UCL. And the Gunners are about to add their first shiny object to the trophy case. Bet on Arsenal to defeat Manchester City in the EFL Cup final picks.
