Scottie and Rory favored
Scottie Scheffler (-125) is on the most dominant run of any golfer since Tiger Woods. The 29-year-old American claimed both the PGA Championship and Open Championship last year to go along with his two Masters green jackets. He needs only a U.S. Open title to complete the career Grand slam.
Rory McIlroy (+160) ended a decade-long majors drought by winning the 2025 Masters and completing the career grand slam. However, betting on the 36-year-old to hoist his sixth career major doesn't offer great value at +160.

Other Top Contenders
Bryson DeChambeau (+225) has won both the 2020 and 2024 U.S. Open and is still squarely in his prime at age 32. Fellow LIV Tour golfer Jon Rahm (+300) has also claimed a U.S. Open Championship (2021) along with a Masters green jacket in 2023.
Xander Schauffele (+350) is coming off a disappointing year, failing to make the Tour Championship for the first time since 2017. But the 32-year-old American won both the PGA Championship and the Open Championship in 2024.
Set to Make the Leap?
Tommy Fleetwood (+450) has the shortest odds of golfers without a major. The 34-year-old Englishman won the 2025 Tour Championship.
Ludvig Aberg (+550) has two PGA Tour wins since turning pro in 2023, including the 2025 Genesis Invitational. In his major championship debut at the 2024 Masters, the 25-year-old Swede finished solo runner-up to Scottie Scheffler. He was also tied for the lead at the 2025 Masters with just two holes to go before falling apart on the 17th and 18th holes.
Rory McIlroy has been pictured with all 4 major trophies and the green jacket on the Giant’s Causeway in Northern Ireland after becoming the first ever European to complete the career slam earlier this year.
This is really cool, he’s forever in the history books now! 🙌🇪🇺

Best Longshot Pick to Win 2026 Major
Brooks Koepka (+900) is coming off the worst season of his career, missing the cut in three of four majors and being left off the Team USA Ryder Cup roster. However, he rebounded from a similarly poor 2022 season by placing second at the 2023 Masters and winning his third-career PGA Championship.
