2025 NFL Division Wins Bets Love Buffalo

2025 NFL Division Wins bets love the Buffalo Bills. So, Buffalo has this weird knack of going over the win total and division win total. Seven of the previous eight seasons this has happened. Even last year, the Bills went 5-1 in the division going over that 4.5 total once more. Josh Allen and company lost the final game of the year in what was a meaningless contest. This is why one has to watch the schedule before going for that division sweep prop. Yes, those do exist.

Naturally, Buffalo was around .500 ATS within the division. That is another constant. AFC East games take a life of their own. The ultimate result may favor the Bills but getting there can be an adventure. Expect that to prove true again in 2025. However, Buffalo has the offensive depth and just enough defense to beat every single division rival. The Jets may be their toughest competition this time around especially if Tua Tagovailoa is not healthy for the Miami Dolphins.

So, the only reason why we do not opt for the division sweep is twofold. For one, does that January 4th season finale at home against the Jets hold any implications? If it does not, the Bills will rest players and take the L there. Again, forecasting that far out is far from an exact science. However, projected numbers dictate that Buffalo can go 5-1 in the AFC East and win the division. They will not be +200 underdogs like in 2024. Buffalo stands around -300 to -350 in 2025.

Some pray that Josh Allen does not have to carry most of the offense himself again. His improvisational ability gets players open but is also ripe for mistakes at times. Does the 2024 trend continue where Allen is more disciplined (6 INT's)? It's a great question. Balance is vital and if Buffalo executes better running the ball, that makes wins more likely. Take the 5+ wins here.

Can The New York Giants Win Two Division Games?

2025 NFL Division Wins Bets ask can the New York Giants win two division games? One prevailing truth is that the New York Giants are still very bad. Arguably, they could finish with a better record despite being worse than 2024. The Giants finished 3-14 while just missing out on the top draft pick. In case you are wondering, they went 0-6 in the division and only won once at home. Offensively, they ranked 31st in scoring and 21st in defensive scoring.

The funny aspect is how sportsbooks seem to forget this fact. Numbers all over the place favor the Giants to win two, perhaps three, divisional games in 2025. Yes, two is what we focus on here. At -160, this may be the one of the worst in terms of value or lack thereof. Yes, the Giants can stay closer to teams like Washington. It seems they always play the Commanders well. However, Philadelphia is still Philadelphia. Also, Dallas will be better with an improved offensive line and Dak Prescott.

The crazy thing with the same cast back is this notion that there will magically be improvement. New York is a long-term project. It may take 3-5 years or more and another regime change or two before they get this right. With Russell Wilson slated to start the season behind a shaky offensive line, how long will it be before divisional rivals figure out the Giants still are bottom third in the league offensively? Our guess here is not that long.

Here, at OSB, we believe Brian Daboll and his staff will ride most of this season with Wilson as quarterback. There will be more wins just not within the division. New York may find its way to one win, but two feels too risky here.

2025 NFL Division Wins Bets Look At Dallas?

Finally, 2025 NFL Division Wins Bets look at the Dallas Cowboys. The Philadelphia Eagles remain the class of the NFC East and the defending Super Bowl champions. However, the battle for second place could heat up between Dallas and Washington. Could Jayden Daniels and the Commanders get a few hard knocks in 2025? One of those may come from an improved Cowboys team that saw anything and everything go wrong in 2024.

Dak Prescott is far from the best quarterback in football but, if healthy, he will throw for a lot of yards. The last three odd numbered NFL campaigns saw him throw for 4400+ yards and 30+ touchdowns. Prescott needs to stay on the field and hope that George Pickens can feast on opposing defenses.

With Dallas getting to play downhill football and an easier schedule, they should be able to go .500 in the division. Sweeping the Giants and splitting against Washington would do the trick.
